Job Description
- Lead corporate R&D in thick film paste formulation including silver paste, silver/copper paste and conductive adhesives
- Screen printing of electronic paste and application development
- Work with manufacturing plant for scaling up and product qualification
- Develop and manage corporate IP portfolio
- Source for advance materials and manage supply-chain
Requirements
- PhD in materials science, polymer engineering or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electronic paste formulation development, screen printing, thermal curing and UV curing
- Strong knowledge in material compatibility, polymer science, micro/nano materials and surface chemistry
- Strong problem-solving skills with good track record; optimistic and can-do attitude
- Able to work in multi-cultural teams; good communication skills; good leadership skills
- Fluent in Chinese in order to communicate with colleagues in Nanjing plant
